Utilising our milling, boring, turning, cylindrical & horizontal grinding machines, our manufacturing team of skilled time served engineers take the utmost of care & pride to ensure that all components are manufactured as per design specifications.
Inspection procedures for incoming components processed outside of the business further ensure that we maintain excellent levels of quality both to our assembly areas and spare parts service department. By monitoring the performance of our external suppliers, we are able to continually improve the supply of these items into the business.
Machine assembly is carried out in our dedicated assembly area by skilled assembly engineers and technicians. The machine solutions are built, wired, piped and commissioned according to the design requirements and schedule.
Critical items, features and accuracy checks are performed at various stages throughout the build to ensure that the machine is built to the high accuracy that will enable it to perform its intended in-service production tasks. These machine checks are retained as part of the overall machine documentation records.
Electrical Control Panel building and wiring of the panel to the machine is also carried out by our dedicated team of time served electrical engineers. Working to detailed electrical schematics & circuit diagrams we ensure that the panels are designed & built to the latest standards and highest of quality levels. Continuity testing along with I/O checks ensure that the electrical aspects of the machine are error free.
